A Bonnie Hills man has died in hospital, following a car crash on the Pacific Highway near Port Macquarie.
The 24-year-old was driving south over the Dennis Bridge, when police say he hit the guard rail and swerved onto the other side of the road, colliding with a pantech truck.
The man’s ute was then hit by another oncoming van.
He was treated at the scene and taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital in a critical condition, where he later died.
The other two drivers were treated for minor injuries.
Investigators are working to determine what caused the crash.
