CONCERN FOR PETS AS PARALYSIS TICK SEASON HITS

Paralysis tick season has begun and Central Coast dog owners are being urged to do regular check-ups on their four-legged friends.
Early symptoms of tick paralysis include softer barking and weakness in their back legs.
If a dog is showing these signs, it’s important to get them to a vet as soon as possible.
Most ticks are found around the animal’s head and neck.
