RAIN A FACTOR IN FOUR CRASHES AT KARIONG

It’s been a shocking weekend on Central Coast roads, with emergency services called out to four car crashes at the same spot.
The first crash occurred just after 10am yesterday on the Central Coast Highway at Kariong, followed by three others at the same location while crews were cleaning up an oil spill.
It coincides with the first full weekend of rain the Central Coast has seen in over a month.
No one was injured in the crashes, but police are asking motorists to slow down and drive to the conditions.
