ARMIDALE HOSPITAL BUILDING FAILS FIRE SAFETY AUDIT
A New South Wales Health audit has revealed Armidale’s ambulatory care building, which was built in 20-13 does not meet fire safety standards.
Nationals MP Adam Marshall says while there’s no concern for patient safety, work will begin immediately to fix the problem.

It is apparent that this only relates to the façade materials. As an auditor for passive fire I can not understand why this and all buildings are not subject to passive fire audits as I have not found a building yet which complies. This includes brand new builds, pre existing buildings, Hospitals , Universities, Nursing homes, High Rise and private concerns. It is clear we have knee jerk reactions every time there is a major disaster but then only half a job is done and the full investigation never complete thus leaving many if not all these buildings at risk.
