History will be made when a young Finnish driver contests Rally Australia in Coffs Harbour in November.
At just 17 years and 48 days of age, Kalle (kal-lay) Rovanpera (rov-an-pera) will be the youngest driver to ever race in the Australian leg of the World Rally Championship.
The teenager will drive a Ford Fiesta in the Wales Rally GB, before heading downunder.
Rovanpera has been driving rally cars since he was eight, and is described as unassuming, hardworking and modest… with the face of an angel and the right foot of a devil.
