The women’s AFL competition generated plenty of action at the North Coast Gala game today.
The Inverell Saints travelling from the North West to check out their future competition.
The North Coast is hoping to put together four teams for the 2018 season, with Port Macquarie already proving to be a contender.
“We’ve just played a game with 15 from Coffs Harbour, we’re about to play a game with Port Macquarie and Coffs. We’ve made a bit of a mixed team today.”
Training sessions will be held throughout the rest of the year, with the season to start next April.
