A Toongabbie man has returned a road side breath test six times the legal limit.
Highway Patrol were alerted by a motorist who reported seeing a car swerve onto the wrong side of the Lakes Way.
Officers then found a Mercedes on Manning Street Tuncurry, with a man allegedly asleep at the wheel with the car still running.
Police say he registered a blood alcohol reading of 0.303.
