After much deliberation the merger between Taree-Wingham and Krambach racing clubs looks certain.
The two will likely become Manning Valley Race Club in 2018, with Taree-Wingham members set to vote on the merger later this month.
A 75-percent yes vote is needed to secure the amalgamation.
It comes after Racing New South Wales approached the Krambach club earlier this year, saying it might have close if they didn’t merge with another club.
