A Gunnedah woman who dedicated her life to helping koalas has sadly died.
Nancy Small, passed away on Friday from health complications, after suffering a brain aneurysm in May.
Mrs Small and her husband Colin operated the Waterways Wildlife Park for a number of years, before it closed three months ago.
A funeral will be held in Gunnedah on Thursday at 11am.
