FIVE HUNTER CRICKETERS HEADED TO AUSTRALIAN TITLES

Five cricketers from the Hunter have been named in the New South Wales Country Under-17 side, for next month’s Australian Championships on the Sunshine Coast.
Joshua Claridge and Glenn Winsor from Charlestown will join Belmont’s Toby Gray in the squad, coached by former Australia A quick, Mark Cameron.
The tournament puts young players in the sights of national selectors, with Jason Sangha first noticed by Greg Chappell at the 2015 titles.
