A woman, who was allegedly under the influence of drugs while behind the wheel of a car that crashed, killing her male passenger, has now been charged.
The crash occurred on the intersection of The Lakes Way and Coomba Park Road at Smiths Lake back in March.
The 39-year-old woman is facing a number of charges including negligent driving occasioning death.
She’s set to appear in Forster Local Court in October.
