A 46-year-old man will face court next month, charged over a fatal crash near Coffs Harbour in June.
The man has been charged with dangerous driving (DUI) causing death and negligent driving causing death, following the June 3 crash at Nana Glen.
Police say he was driving a Holden Commodore on Orara Way just before nine o’clock that night, when the car left the road and hit a tree, killing a 23-year-old male passenger.
The man has had his licence suspended and will appear before Coffs Harbour Local Court on September 26.
