One of Newcastle’s hidden treasures is blossoming again, after being vandalised on Sunday night.
It’s the third time the Broadmeadow Fairy Garden has been targeted since it was created by 93-year-old Merv Moyle, 40 years ago.
Today his family told NBN News it’s considering installing a security system… and has been overwhelmed with support.
The community has raised $800 to help.
