FREE WEEKEND FURNITURE COLLECTION TO LAUNCH IN NEWCASTLE

Lifeline Newcastle is launching the state’s first FREE weekend furniture collection.

It’s hoped the Saturday service will help prevent items in good nick from ending up in landfill.

Proceeds from their resale will fund the charity’s inundated crisis support line.

“As the need for mental health services increases across the hunter, the high demand for our face to face counselling is increasing as well. So, our shops support face to face counselling here in the Hunter.” – Jason Fox, Lifeline Innovation Manager.

The extended collection begins on July 6.
