NNSW STATE CUP DRAW RELEASED

Tamworth and Armidale have found out their opponents for September’s inaugural women’s football State Cup at Lake Macquarie.

Tamworth has been dealt the kinder draw, facing only one of Newcastle’s Premier League sides, Adamstown.

The Northern Inland outfit will also take on the University of Newcastle, Garden Suburb and Mayfield.

While Armidale faces Mid North Coast and Thornton from Northern New South Wales’ top competition, alongside Dudley and New Lambton.

Trials for both local teams will be held across the first three Tuesday’s of August.
