A photograph of dolphins, surfing a huge wave off Newcastle, has had an extraordinary response online, reaching more than half-a-million people on NBN’s Facebook page in 24 hours.
Surprisingly, it wasn’t a professional photographer behind the lens – but a clever Newcastle kid.
