We have put our house on the market and moving away, sick and tired of our street being used as car park for shop keepers (booked for parking nose to fence next to Nissan Hut) and those travelling on trains (reason cars getting broken in in railway car park). The boarding house proposal would only make thing worse for the street as in has only 20 odd car spots for over 100 units.
On top of it all there is the proposed drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre that allows the recipients freedom to move around the neighbourhood with the possibility of burglary to fund their habits. The Ourimbah Master Plan is also a concern where the village atmosphere will be destroyed by huge high rise buildings.
