A pedestrian suffered serious head injuries early today when they were struck by a vehicle on the Gold Coast.
Shortly after 1:30am, police say the vehicle was travelling on the Gold Coast Highway at Miami, when it hit the 32-year-old male.
He was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the vehicle is assisting police with their inquiries.
