A Queensland man has died and a woman injured in a crash on the Mid North Coast this morning.
Their car slammed into a tree on the Pacific Highway at Herons Creeks, south of Port Macquarie at around 8:30am.
The 31-year-old male passenger died at the scene, while the driver is in a stable condition at Port Macquarie Hospital.
