BOWLERS COMPETE FOR $33,000 IN PRIZEMONEY

Some of the best bowlers from Australia and New Zealand are in Coffs Harbour this week for the Park Beach Open Singles Championship.

The tournament has attracted 120 players who will be competing for $33,000 in prize money.

Play got underway this morning.

“it is open to men and women so it’s a very popular tournament we get a lot of people come back year after year like former Australian representative Shane Garvey comes back, it’s a great tournament.”
The final of the competition will be played Friday afternoon.
