The future of Narrabri CBD is looking brighter – with lighting upgrades announced as part of an overhaul to the main street.
Surveyors were on site this week ahead of the works, which will also see improvements to the median strip and landscaping.
“It’s about trying to make the Main Street more inviting to people so that we have the greenscape as well as better access and safer access.”
Car parks directly in the work zone will be affected.
The first stage of the upgrade is due to finish in October.
