GAV’S WEATHER | ISOLATED SHOWERS STILL DEVELOPING ALONG THE COAST

More showers are expected along the NSW coast as storms develop, but inland residents will see the hot, dry weather continue.

Meanwhile, in other parts of the nation, two cyclones continue to intensify.

Cyclone Trevor, in Queensland’s far north, has torn down trees and power lines and will continue to pass over Cape York tonight.

Cyclone Veronica, sitting off the north coast of Western Australia, will generate plenty of storms this afternoon.

Good news for NSW – clear skies should return for the weekend as the eastern trough clears.
