A Hamilton newsagent says he’s humbled by the community’s response, following the theft of a charity tin from his shop on the weekend.
Robert Burton from Beaumont Street Newsagency has received more than $700 in donations for John Hunter Children’s Hospital, since our story aired last night.
Police are still investigating, and are urging anyone who recognises the man to contact Crime Stoppers.
