In rugby union, and Southern Beaches player Adrian Delore is on his way home from the UK, after helping Australia win the World University Sevens Championship.
Unfortunately, Delore is nursing a serious knee injury he suffered in the Uniroos pool game against Great Britain, where he scored the match-winning try in the final minute.
His teammates went on to beat the host nation in the tournament decider, 24 points to 20.
