More than 300 surf lifesavers will hit the shores of South West Rocks this weekend, for the New South Wales IRB Championships.
25 clubs are competing, with the hosts entering an open male team for the first time this season.
Kiama Downs will be the one to beat, after claiming its sixth-straight Premiership title at Cape Hawke two weeks ago.
Racing gets underway at 9am on Saturday.
