PETS PARADE FOR A CAUSE

Dozens of animals put their best paw forward in Port Macquarie today, in the Lions Club’s inaugural Mad-Cap Pet Parade.
The gathering at Saint Columba Anglican School featured dogs of all shapes and sizes – and even a lone lizard.
The event was all in aid of a worthy cause.
“It’s to enable us to support the Port Lions Hearing Dogs, who do an enormous job educating dogs to help deaf people, it’s also to support FAWNA, who are here today,” Port Macquarie Lions Club President Colin Hardwick said.
