New facility opens in Lake Macquarie to provide temporary housing

Older women are the fastest growing segment of the population experiencing homelessness in Australia.

Now, to create more accommodation, a vacant aged care facility has been converted at Lake Macquarie… to provide temporary housing for 100 women over the next five years.
