BULLS TAKE ON THE MUSTANGS IN ROUND ELEVEN
In Group 3 Rugby League, the Taree City Bulls will be taking on Macleay Valley Mustangs in Kempsey this weekend.
The wet weather and a bye last week has meant the team’s rest has been longer than expected.
“Gave the boys a week off last week then low and behold we can’t train this week because its been to wet. So we’ve got a tough road ahead of us, and we’re looking forward to it,” said Gary Bridge.
The Mustangs sit ahead of the Bulls by one point on the ladder.
After five wins, Taree coach Gary Bridge says it’s an important match.
“This is another game we have to win to try and keep second or third on the ladder.”
Mick Henry and Adam Bailey are still sidelined due to injury.
