A man will appear in court today following a house fire at Waratah last month.
Emergency services were called to a home which was well alight on Ada Street, early on the 14 May.
The property sustained significant damage, luckily no one was home at the time.
After extensive investigations officers arrested a 31-year-old man yesterday.
