A Newcastle man has died after falling down a steep cliff on New Zealand’s South Island.
The 66-year-old became separated from his son while on a hunting trip in the Fox Glacier Valley.
The son found his father with critical head injuries, but he couldn’t be saved.
Family members in Australia are now travelling to New Zealand.
