A man has appeared in Lismore Court this morning, after being charged with the murder of another man on the far north coast overnight.
Shortly before 11pm last night, police and emergency services responded to reports of a stabbing at a home in Barrow Lane, in Lismore.
On arrival, police found a deceased 29-year-old man, with stab wounds to his neck.
A 61-year-old man was arrested at the scene and later charged with murder.
It’s believed the two men were known to each other.
