TEENS TO FACE COURT OVER ALLEGED VEHICLE PURSUIT
Two teens allegedly led police on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle on the far north coast yesterday.
Just after 8:30pm, police say they identified the stolen Nissan Pulsar on Bruxner Highway in Wollongbar, about 13km east of Lismore.
The vehicle failed to stop, and a pursuit followed.
A short time later, police were able to stop the vehicle near the intersection of Gordon Blair Drive in Goonellabah.
A 15-year-old was charged with being carried in conveyance and breaching bail, and will appear in court today.
A 16-year-old was charged with take and drive a conveyance and being an unlicensed driver, and will appear in court next month.
