Disability support service RED Inc, has been thrown a lifeline, after its equipment and facilities were devastated in the March floods.
Today, the Minister for Disability Services announced $20,000 in state government funding to help restore the service.
The group was also presented with a $10,000 cheque from Telstra.
“It will go to getting us back on our feet so that we are fully operational again and we can access all our venues and people have got somewhere that they can come and meet and greet before they go off to do things”
Disability service provider Mutlitask also received similar government funding.
