He took on a gruelling 600-kilometre walk and cycle to help the sick children of the Hunter, and today,Norm Henderson was greeted at the finish line by his biggest supporters – friends and family.
The 46-year-old suffers from a heart condition, and decided to undertake the challenge to raise funds for cardiac monitoring equipment for the John Hunter Children’s Hospital.
So far, he’s raised almost $4000.
Norm is also holding a golf day at Crowne Plaza, Hunter Valley in September.
