Real estate agents hope more developers will take inspiration from Newcastle’s first ‘green’ apartment block, which was officially opened today.
Civic Green, which is made up of 23 units, is one of only a handful of developments which has designated bike and scooter parking.
The $14-million complex stands on the site of the old Strokers Pool Hall.
