Far north coast surf lifesaving club Cudgen Headland, is leading after day one of the New South Wales Country Championships at South West Rocks.
Last year’s winners Byron Bay are tied third with Coffs Harbour, while Port Macquarie’s Tacking Point club is sitting comfortably in second place.
It’s the fourth and final year the event will be held at South West Rocks, with a next year’s venue to be announced during competition tomorrow.
