KURRI KURRI SMASHED BY FAST-MOVING STORM

The Hunter Valley is reeling after a ferocious, fast-moving storm swept through the region this afternoon, toppling trees and damaging property.
Worst-hit was the town of Kurri Kurri, where wind speeds estimated at more than 120 kilometres an hour wreaked havoc.

I love the fact that the Hunter Superintendent praised 2 police officers for going into the community centre to rescue the trapped lady when it was actually a team of youth workers who did that! Loving the praise for a positive community response! #whatajoke
The Police System as a whole, is so far out of touch reality, i highly doubt they can get an news item correct.
One of the co-workers kicked the wall in to rescue the lady trapped in knee deep water. So brave !!
She was buried up to her waste in bricks and timber debri. A worker had to smash and climb through a High window and drop down into the room to get to her.
