SEVEN BAR BEACH HOMES HIT THE MARKET

Seven public housing properties in Newcastle have hit the market, in what could be a record-breaking sale.

The homes at Bar Beach, which are being sold individually or together as one ‘superlot’, are expected to fetch a cool $1.3-million each…or around $9-million for the lot.

Agent, Colliers International, says it’s unprecedented for so many homes to be listed at once in the upmarket suburb.

“You’ve got 12 houses that sold in 2016 in Bar Beach and only 10 in 2015 so there’s an incredible pent up demand.”
