History enthusiasts have only one place to be over the next fortnight.
Tamworth’s Heritage Festival starts tomorrow, but today some young history buffs got a sneak peak of what’s in store at Ray Walsh House.
Some of the artefacts on show date back to the 1800s.
“Just for people to connect with the history, why things are like they are, what things were like before European Settlement, what was significant to the Kamilaroi people?”
Festival events will be held around Tamworth over the next two weeks.
