THIRD DRIVER CHARGED OVER OXLEY HIGHWAY FATALITY
A Taiwanese national has been charged, following a fatal car crash at Tamworth last week.
Last Friday, a Ford Falcon and a Toyota Kluger collided on the Oxley Highway near Moroon Road.
The 30-year-old male driver of the Ford died at the scene, while three other people involved were taken to Tamworth Hospital for treatment.
Police arrested a 26-year-old Taiwanese man yesterday, who was allegedly the driver of a third vehicle involved in the crash.
He was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, predatory driving, drive furiously in motor vehicle, and cause bodily harm.
The man will appear in Tamworth Local Court in May.
