Tamworth’s all-conquering under 20s women’s Oztag team has added the State Cup to the trophy cabinet.
Having won the National Championship last year, the Taipans returned to Coffs Harbour and made it through three days undefeated.
After downing the South West Razorbacks 3-2 in the decider, the young team became just the second from the north west to be crowned New South Wales champions.
The Open Mixed and Masters Women finished as runners up.
