McGINLEY PROVIDES THE WINNER FOR VALENTINE

In the Hunter’s, Valentine beat Lambton in an fiery clash.
While Charlestown City thrashed Jets Youth 4-1 At Arthur Edden Oval, Valentine got off to a strong start in windy conditions.

It was a dramatic end to the first half – Jaffas keeper Brad Swancott sent off.
Former A League Golden Boot Joel Griffiths got the 10-men Jaffas back at level pegging with a text book penalty.
Another Griffiths penalty put the Jaffas in front after the break.
But Valentine was quick to square it up.
In the end, a late Scott McGinley goal was the difference.
