Maitland’s Levee precinct continues to take shape, with a permanent tenant setting up shop in part of the shared zone.
Dessert business, Dragonfly Foods, now calls ‘The Hatch’ its home.
“What the council is doing to the Levee is just fantastic, opening it all up we will soon be able to look at the Hunter River from here. It’s already drawing people in,” said Helen Duck from Dragonfly Foods.
Up until now, The Hatch has only been a temporary hub for 16 small businesses.
