BY-ELECTION HEATS UP AS PRE POLLING OPENS
The battle for the state seat of Gosford is now well and truly underway.
Hundreds have already cast their votes as pre-polling centres in Gosford and Woy Woy open for business.
It’s expected over 8,000 people will use the service in the coming days.
With only 200 votes separating the major parities in the last state election- pre-poll votes could be crucial in deciding who takes on the top job.
Paralympian Liesl Tesch is Labor’s hope while Jilly Pilon is flying the flag for the Liberals.
