Drivers are facing lengthy delays after a truck rolled on Hexham Bridge late this afternoon.
Two northbound lanes and the northbound on-ramp are closed, with traffic being diverted.
It’s understood three people have been injured.
The truck also lost its contents in the crash, believed to be building material – clean-up crews are on site.
Drivers are being urged to avoid the area.
