16,000 PLANTS SEIZED AT AN ELLANGOWAN PROPERTY WORTH ALMOST $58 MILLION DOLLARS

A staggering 16-and-a-half thousand cannabis plants, worth almost $58-million, have been seized from a property on the far north coast.

Strike Force police, along with local officers and PolAir swooped on an Ellangowan property on Tuesday.

Investigators say they found 19 large greenhouses – 13 of which contained cannabis plants, all at varying stages of maturity.

Police have spent two days dismantling the operation… as yet, no arrests have been made.
