A 16-year-old boy has been charged following the alleged assault of a train guard earlier this month.
About 8.45pm on November 12th, two males allegedly assaulted a guard on a southbound train at Tuggerah, and allegedly committed a number of other transport offences.
The youth was arrested yesterday following a patrol at Gosford Railway Station.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in court next month.
