A 79-year-old man will face Gosford Local Court, later this month, accused of indecently assaulting a female employee at a supermarket.
The man entered the supermarket on Terrigal Drive at Erina at about 8.30 yesterday and approached the woman before he allegedly indecently assaulted her.
The man was arrested several hours later at a house on Karalta Road and charged with assault with act of indecency.
He was granted bail and will reappear in court later this month.
