A 40-year-old man will appear in court after police allegedly seized 40 cannabis plants from his Port Macquarie home yesterday.
Police searched the Lake Road property, finding 20 mature plants in a hydroponic setup including a tent, lights, fertilisers, and 20 seedlings.
An unregistered air rifle was also seized.
