25 drivers tried racing for the first time at Oakburn Park today, taking advantage of Tamworth Sporting Car Club’s ‘Come and Try Day’.
People already holding CAMS licenses weren’t allowed to participate, with instructors sitting alongside the novices.
All sorts of cars burned rubber, with the club’s President believing it was the first time a vehicle with a bull bar had been used.
